With a combined three decades of experience producing and writing, 2Many Cooks is a one-stop shop for finishing a record, from the composing and demo phase up through producing, tracking, and mixing. Nate Mondschein
Best Mann (aka Nate Mondschein) is a Massachusetts-based songwriter, producer, mixing engineer, multi-instrumentalist, Prince-devotee, and obsessive over small moments. Whether co-writing, running a session, or working behind the board, Nate brings to each new track a passion for emotionally authentic performance, an encyclopedic catalog of musical references to draw upon and incorporate in an innovative way, a drive to create and manipulate compelling analog sounds in a modern context, an ear for creative yet catchy arrangements, and an unending commitment to the pocket. Nate has produced for, written with, and performed alongside a diverse array of artists such as Henry Hall, Wallace Field, Todd Lewis Kramer, Camille Trust, DANAE., Jess Best, Garth., William Barry, Raycee Jones, Meagan Gunnip, Sodada, Old Flame, and more. In 2019, Nate was awarded the Robert Allen Award from the ASCAP foundation for his songwriting and production work with Camille Trust on their song “Shadoop.”
Matt Bernstein
Matt Bernstein is a songwriter, producer, and guitarist living in Brooklyn. Since 2015 he has fronted NYC based band Wet Leather, releasing several well received singles including Shame (2016) Secret Preference (2016, over 1 million plays on Spotify) and the mixtape Waxworks Vol. 1 (2021). Matt has performed and collaborated with a variety of artists including DD Walker, Mara Connor, RVBY MY DEAR, Todd Lewis Kramer, Caravela and Polyplastic. Recent credits include co-writing/production for upcoming artists Garth and Greg Duffy. Matt is currently producing/engineering/mixing the forthcoming debut LP from NYC glam-rock band The Most Fabulous.
Spencer Hattendorf
Spencer Hattendorf (aka Spencer H) is a songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist based in New York City. Having spent the past five years apprenticing with Grammy-nominated producer Yaron Fuchs, Spencer has had the opportunity to work with some of the best musicians on the scene today, including Steve Wolf, Nir Z, Jack Daley, Bobby Sparks, Tony Smith, Marcus Machado, Teddy Kumpel, Yossi Fine, and more. Spencer has written and produced for Nathan Hartono, Yori, Krystof, Garth., Todd Lewis Kramer, Joseph Moore, Wet Leather, Foxførd, Schadrack Pierre, Raycee Jones, and R.Q.Tek, among others. His work has been featured on Spotify playlists like “Fresh Finds,” in films like “A Girl Called Isabelle,” and in Mercedes commercials.
